I installed pi-hole this morning and all is working fine. However, this is what my graph looks like.
I ran pihole -d -a and queries started to show up again. I have been surfing all morning and the family has phones, tablets, etc all using pi-hole now so there must have been some queries.

Ok, i don't seem to be able to delete a post, but my issue is resolved. It was a user error. Changing the timezone leaves a gap in the graph. What tricked me was the smoothing of the graph. If the graph would have been "cut off" i would have had a clue to look for this action.
Anyway, all working fine here.
We will leave it here for others that might encounter the same problem
