You have Content Filtering and Geo-Blocking enabled on your Unifi Gateway. Disable these for troubleshooting.
Content Filtering for Unifi forcibly intercepts DNS requests and redirects them to cleanbrowsing.org and bypasses Pihole. Not to mention, it goes down from time to time and you'll think the whole Internet is down, when actually you just can't resolve DNS.
