Your debug log shows the web server is working and using the default ports.
Did you try to access using IP? Please try:
Does it work or do you see error messages?
Oh, I just tried to access the interface from my cellphone and it just.. worked?
It seems like it's maybe a browser issue rather than a problem with pi hole.
Guess the topic can get closed already.
