Upstream server deleted but still visible

I had two Upstream DNS Servers used for some time, now I removed one and restarted Pi-hole, however I still see the deleted server in Queries answered by in the Dashboard and also in the log:

Finished config file parsing
Database version is 5
Database successfully initialized
New upstream server: 127.0.10.3 (0/1024)         <--- default forwarder
New upstream server: 127.0.10.1 (1/1024)         <--- deleted
New upstream server: 192.168.5.1 (2/1024)        <--- used for some domains
New upstream server: 8.8.4.4 (3/1024)            <--- used for some domains

default forwarder is configured in Upstream DNS Servers in the GUI, two last servers are configured manually in /etc/dnsmasq.d/02-custom.conf
How I can completely get rid of the unused server?

Time. The data is shown for the past 24 hours. If the change was made within that time, the results will show until 24 hours have elapsed.

Thanks, will check tomorrow. However I still don't understand why it is shown in the log on startup like if it would be configured somewhere.

Edit: the names in question have really disappeared
