Updated Pihole runs but blocklist is 0, blocked 0.0%

Expected Behaviour:

List of blocked domains should be full and domains should be blocked. I have updated the blocklist via -g and restarted Pihole multiple times.

Actual Behaviour:

Domain Blocklist is 0, blocked 0.0%
