Update throws error msg

Expected Behaviour:

I am trying to run root@DietPi:~# curl -sSL https://install.pi-hole.net | bash
to update my pi-hole. However, it does not complete the process.

Actual Behaviour:

The updater runs until: [i] Update repo in /var/www/html/admin...
Error: Could not update local repository. Contact support.

Forgot to mention, you dont update by running the installer again.
You have below one to update Pi-hole:

pihole -up
