Unbound under Pi-Hole 4.31

I use a pretty good working Pi-hole installation on both IP4/IP6 protocols.
I want to step up now and install Unbound to create and use a local DNS server on the PI, who feels a bit boring managing only the ad blocking.

Question: Does this manual work properly on 4.31 and are there known issues with curent Unbound to be expected ?

My today's installation works flawlessly but I want to be independent on existing ISP DNS and Google/Cloudflare.

Any hint is welcome.
