Tiger2205, Thank you for sharing that official information from startpage, confirming a European data center issue with users having difficulties connecting to Startpage since last Friday:
This would coincide with @Bedna's report here on Saturday, explaining the issue of connecting to startpage IPs (after successful DNS resolution).
