Unable to access pihole web interface

Expected Behaviour:

Unable to access pihole web interface. Currently running Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS on a proxmox LXC container

Actual Behaviour:

Pihole web portal shows an error 500 when ever trying to access.

It seems the container filesystem (lxcfs) has an issue, is stopped, or crashed. Then PHP is not able to access the files.
