Trying to update from 4.2.x to 4.3

I just tried running pihole -up and get:

[i] Checking for updates...
[i] Pi-hole Core: up to date
[i] Web Interface: up to date
[i] FTL: up to date

[✓] Everything is up to date!

However when I check in the control panel it states the following:

• Pi-hole Version v4.2.2 (Update available!) Web Interface Version v4.2 (Update available!) FTL Version v4.2.3 (Update available!

Being a beginner on Linux, I have no clue on how to proceed, any suggestions?

Well now I just feel silly, just needed to refresh browser cache.
