"tracking.icims.com" block or don't block
tracking.monsido.com is a pixel tracker (block)
tracking.icims.com looks like click referral tracker, I think it is used to redirect to icims.com when clicking on external links, e.g. in e-mails, and to track the visit. It doesn't seem to be used directly on the site itself. What action did you use to detect the call?
