Synology docker install no blacklist update

Dear community,

I have a Synology DS916+ with intel CPU and 8Gb ram and docker ability
I downloaded diginc-lates and run it with theese modifies:
added new resolv.conf with this data:
nameserver 127.0.0.1
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4

network: docker host
set:
WEBPORT (8888)
WEBPASSWORD
DNSMASQ_LISTENING (all)
SERVERIP: (192.168.5.50)

I already set web station with apache web server and put .htaccess file into a web folder with a dummy svg.

I can login into a pi-hole, I can press a update button but does not happen anything.
When I add a new blocklist and save it does not happen anything.
The webconsole says:

Pi-hole Version N/A Web Interface Version N/A FTL Version N/A
What I did wrong, how can I update or add block/blacklist elements?

Try pihole/pihole:dev - it has a fix for synology that has not be put into the latest tag yet.
