Hi Pi-hole Team,

I just want to let you know again that this forum or your team has the best user friendly and quick support that I got til now. I requested help on Matomo forum 3 days ago and don't get any reply yet. I also put a help request on MailCow forum 2 days ago and also no reply yet.

You has the quickest an best response time I know this days. Please keep up that good work I and I bet many other really appreciate it! :slight_smile:

We appreciate the feedback. The Pi-hole team is all volunteers, and most have full time jobs other than Pi-hole.

We put an emphasis on user support, and I'm happy this is meeting your expectations.
