From the past week or so I've started seeing Google Ads again. For instance, this page shows a ton of ads and I'm able to see all of them. Why is this happening and how do I resolve this? The debug token is here.
Unrelated observation from your debug log - you have about 30 regex entries similar to this.

https:// is not part of a domain name, and the regex are all malformed:

Thank you. I've fixed these.
I followed the guide linked above to find out where the ads are originating. This is what I see. I know for sure that those domains are in the blocked list and yet they are passing through. What am I missing?
Please generate a new debug log, upload it when prompted and post the token here.
