Did you check [Why doesn't Spotify work using Pi-hole? - FAQs - Pi-hole Userspace](https://discourse.pi-hole.net/t/why-doesnt-spotify-work-using-pi-hole/255)?
Also post the debug token after generating a debug log. Select 'Y' when asked to upload, to get the token.

The page loaded fine on my end. I was also able to search for a timetable successfully.
Please get and post back here, the debug token from _Tools -\> Generate debug log_ from `http://pi.hole/admin/` so that the devs could narrow down you issue when they see this.

If you set the Pi-hole to reject connections on port 443 instead of dropping them, then the websites should stop taking so long to load. What is happening is that the blocked ads going over https hit Pi-hole's port 443, which basically ignores the connection and causes the web site to wait until the timeout before giving up on the request.
