Select all, and select none buttons for Block Lists

I'm constantly testing new stuff with pihole, and it would be super handy to be able to unselect all the lists, as well as select all of the lists.

Currently there is no easy I am aware of how you can completely empty or delete a large amount of white/blacklist items after the migration to 5.0. I would like to see a button to completely empty those lists and maybe check boxes to select multiple entries or all currently shown entries.

as it contains not only "all" and "none" but also "multiselect" which is likely to be implemented at once.
