RingCentral - can't log in when PiHole active

I ran into a situation where I could not log in to RingCentral when Pi-hole was running. Turns out RingCentral uses a service that is presently blocked by the gravity list. The service depends on mpsnare.iesnare.com, which as of today seems to be blocked. I unblocked it and viola, I am able to log in to RingCentral again.

Had to whitelist mpsnare.iesnare.com again. Did this get reverted?

I an trying to use ringcentral with my new job and whitelisting mpsnare.iesnare.com does not fix. any other idea what to whitelist to allow this application?
