"resolv.conf" after removing Pihole - Raspbian-Stretch

Hello,

Expected Behaviour:

After removing PiHole - "/etc/resolv.conf" should have Nameserver=Router_IP

Actual Behaviour:

After removing PiHole - "/etc/resolv.conf" has Nameserver= 127.0.0.1

Debug Token:

PiHole uninstalled

I have tried 1) manually editing "resolv.conf" works but gets overwritten on reboot. 2) editing "/etc/network/interfaces" && "/etc/dhcpcd.conf" to define nameserver. Does not work.

Request: What files does pihole edit or leave behind install to give this behaviour ?
Thanks in hope...

What is the exact and full contents of your /etc/resolv.conf file?

# Dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by resolvconf(8)
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE BY HAND -- YOUR CHANGES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN
nameserver 127.0.0.1

The only changes we make are to /etc/dhcpcd.conf
