I want to "flush" the graph and the Query every 24h. my Cron Job looks good but it doesnt reset to zero why ever. In 24h my total querys are over 50.00-75.000 and more so pls help me to fix it.

Why do you want to flush the graph and stats? These are a rolling 24 hour average and flush themselves. Old data departs from the left, and new data arrives from the right.
What is the cron command you are using to do the flush?
