Regarding " IMPORTANT: Unless explicitly asked to by a developer, do not run any checkout commands until" statement

Perhaps one of the most stupid Q's ever asked here but here we go anyway;
Could someone please clarify where and how can I see if these "pulls(?)" are "merged"?

If you inspect the linked PRs from that statement (that you've ommitted to quote), their status would have changed to
merged
