You can try one of the FLIRC cases - these have good reviews for protecting and cooling a Pi.
A Pi won't auto-throttle until 80C, and you are nowhere near that.

I guess I'll do just - nothing . Anyway, I was just wondering because some here wrote their Pi runs at just 45°C an mine is doing nothing.
