Ransomware attack block?

Can i protect my network with the pi-hole against ransomeware attacks? (for instance the wannacry attack which is in the news these days)

From what i understand, compromised add-domains have worked together with ransomeware attacks before so.... (i understand the necessity of having an updated virusscanner/offline backup/not opening up strange mails/attachements/"think before browse/surf/click a link"- mentality)

Do these domains get added automatically in pi-hole?

Zeus list is already in the default pihole list. Also there's Suspicious Domains - low, med and high (don't get the IP list). I use https://hosts-file.net/psh.txt because it has many fake ebay and paypal domains. However, it's a 6MB list so your internet might break.
