Query log filtering

I was wondering is there a way to remove some of the logs from query list?

There is alot of noise in the query list for example apple, spotify, twitch etc that i really dont wanna see and it keeps flooding with requests, i wanna allow them but really dont need the logs from them so my question is there a way for example use some kind of filtering to remove all that includes spotify in request from showing?

I have tried the reqex filtering in domains section but that seems not working.
And i'm sorry if this is question that has been asked multiple times.

What regex did you use exactly?

(A debug would help us to understand all your settings without asking hundreds of questions).
