No, network_addresses has been flushed - there is no name in there anymore.
But client_by_id still has the old name.
For your .245, please follow the steps as suggested by nprampage in Persistent incorrect client/IP/MAC mappings in network DB - #2 by nprampage.
Then rerun the SQL.
