Proxmox VMs slowed to a halt

Expected Behaviour:

PiHole works in a docker container on Ubuntu server 20 LTS running on Proxmox.

Actual Behaviour:

Worked fine then accidently rebooted the proxmox machine and now every VM is mega slow, VNC can take upwards of 10 seconds to recognise clicks or typing, sometimes even a minute. Not sure what's changed but had zero issues before PiHole, think it's a networking issue somewhere but can't figure out where!

Currently set on DHCP, did have it on a static but changed it to just to see if that was the issue

I think the second sentence is the issue here. The change was the reboot. Perhaps something did not load properly.

This indicates problems at the OS level. VNC is entirely separate from Pi-hole.
