Problem with PayPal and two factor authentication

I had this problem too. Was able to solve it by:

1. Enabling Use Conditional Forwarding and setting a local domain of lan
2. Enabling Never forward non-FQDN A and AAAA queries
3. Blocking undefined.lan

Yeah, it's a mess.
