PiHole Web admin not functioning, all else appears ok

Expected Behaviour:

Navigate to pi.hole/admin by name or IP Address

Actual Behaviour:

page not found
Port 80 not published
Have run pihole -up, pihole -r
Restarted lighttpd

lighttpd is not able to start for some reason that we need to determine.

What is the output from sudo systemctl status --full --no-pager lighttpd.service?

thanks for your quick response.
Found a solution after the fact to do with acls on the /var/logs directory.
Dont know why the pihole -r didnt check for this.
