Check the IP assigned to the device:

* * *

[✓] IPv6 address(es) bound to the eth0 interface:
2003:c8:df0f:3300:ceb3:69a3:740e:6001 **does not match** the IP found in /etc/pihole/setupVars.conf
([Use IPv6 ULA addresses for Pi-hole](https://discourse.pi-hole.net/t/use-ipv6-ula-addresses-for-pi-hole/2127))
fe80::bd13:c13b:421d:ab37 **does not match** the IP found in /etc/pihole/setupVars.conf
([Use IPv6 ULA addresses for Pi-hole](https://discourse.pi-hole.net/t/use-ipv6-ula-addresses-for-pi-hole/2127))

^ Please note that you may have more than one IP address listed.
As long as one of them is green, and it matches what is in /etc/pihole/setupVars.conf, there is no need for concern.

The link to the FAQ is for an issue that sometimes occurs when the IPv6 address changes, which is why we check for it.

* * *

And:

* * *

\*\*\* [DIAGNOSING]: Name resolution (IPv6) using a random blocked domain and a known ad-serving domain
[✓] monetizer101.com is :: via localhost (::1)
[✗] Failed to resolve monetizer101.com via Pi-hole (2003:c8:df0d:8a00:366a:9023:8a06:d037)
[✓] doubleclick.com is 2a00:1450:4001:81b::200e via a remote, public DNS server (2001:4860:4860::8888)

* * *

Then check `/etc/hosts`

[✗] Nov 12 11:28:52 dnsmasq[14906]: bad address at /etc/hosts line 1 ([Why do I see "bad address at" in pihole.log?](https://discourse.pi-hole.net/t/why-do-i-see-bad-address-at-in-pihole-log/3972))

* * *

Lastly check your Apache modifications as they do not appear to be correct.
