Pihole Server Crashed / Reconfiguration not working

Expected Behaviour:

I've gone into my router Netgear R7000 (192.168.11.1) Gateway Address I've changed the DNS to my Pihole Server(Thinkpad running Ubuntu 16.04.3) where I've reinstalled pihole and its using 192.168.11.14/24 as its IPv4 addresses. Using the 192.168.11/24 address as my Primary and Secondary DNS on my router (192.168.11.1) applied the changes.

Actual Behaviour:

Traffic routing through my gateway (192.168.11.1) should now automatically be using my pihole, yet none of my devices are seeing it, I am losing constant connection to the FTL web interface.
