PiHole not blocking when logged into Chrome user account

I have been using Pihole on a pi3b for years and if ever run into problem usually a reinstall fixs issues.
When I am logged ito Chrome browser with my user account, google ads are not blocked. When I am not logged in with my user account ads are blocked.
Secure dns is turned off on both cases

This is on one pc on my network. All other pc and mobile devices work find and dandy.
When I log in on another pc with my google account the ads are blocked.
I am only having this problem on One pc.
I have even reinstalled windows on the pc and I am wits end and have googled my way in to insanity

Observing ads where you previously saw none would commonly suggest that Pi-hole is being by-passed, i.e. corresponding DNS queries would not register in Pi-hole's Query Log.

Is that the case for you?

It shows blocking google ad services but still getting them. I pretty sure google chrome is bypassing local dns server on this user account. I just dont know where to look to investigate. I have created a duplicate account on google and ads are blocked. Google settings "use secure dns" is disabled
