PiHole GUI destroyed? CSS or JS fault?

Expected Behaviour:

PiHole GUI should show up normaly

Actual Behaviour:

PiHole GUI is something destroyed, like there are not loading stylesheets.
It happened 2 days ago. Since then the GUI looks smashed up. I tried different browser, same behaviour. I tried to reinstall PiHole (make an Update and reuse settings), but nothing changed.
Maybe possible the SD Card is faulty? Let me know if u need more informations. Thank you!

Solved.

I reformated the SD Card, installed Raspbian again, installed Pi-Hole again, ... and now it works.
The Windows way.....
