D'apres le manuel, pihole ne pas bloquer les premieres pub que l'on a quand on commence a visionner une video.N'y a t-il pas de solutions ?

Not via Pi-hole.
Best solution without hassle is get an ad free YT subscription .
Others are browser add-on's or alternative YT viewers.

Problem is that YT serves the ads from the same domain as where the vids are coming from.
So if you block a YT ad serving domain, chances are that some of the vids wont play either.

Browser plugin(s) and on android newpipe app (not in regular play-store).

Depending on which browser you use, you can install ublock Origin extension and add a custom filter. I haven't seen an ad OR a warning to turn off adblockers in nearly 2 years. It does however, take a little longer to load the videos.
