Expected Behaviour:
pihole DHCP server hands out DHCP leases to all devices that connect to it without a static IP.
Actual Behaviour:
Some of my devices receive DHCP leases from pihole, but several do not. Namely my laptop and phone.

I have attempted to make sure all the correct firewall ports are open, I've restarted both the router and raspberry pi, I've restarted the devices that are having trouble connecting, I've done a reconfigure of pihole and nothing has gotten DHCP to work. If I assign a static IP and the pihole as a DNS server manually things work fine, but I am not the only person using this network so I need to make sure DHCP is working or I need to give up for now and try again later. I could definitely be missing something as networking is not my strongest suit. Any help is greatly appreciated.
