it shows the first DNS "Pihole" itself and two others feed1 and feed2
if I removed them manually the ad block wors and if I left them there is no ads blocks

these are the two other addresss listed in the DNS from my DHCP client
Make sure the DHCP server on the router is disabled and after you activated the DHCP service on Pi-hole, disconnect & reconnect network on clients or reboot them.
I ended up simplly removing ipv6 from all PCs connected. I had issues with Turedo tunnels, and it looked like its simply is another way for companies to get ads to you. Once removed even adchoice was crippled in Windows 10, where it's pratically part of the kernel!
Disable ipv6 at the registry and disable Toredo tunnel as well.
