The pi is unable to get internet access after I recently changed my router to a new one
Update: So for anyone that hopefully stumbles onto this again, the issue stems from the fact that the Bell Giga Router just doesnt work well with pihole when its set as its dns server. Setting it as the DHCP server seems to solve the issue
Was Pi-hole using ethernet cable or wifi when you had your old router?
What is it using now and what would you like it to use going forward?
How did you get on it to create the debug log – is it connected to a HDMI display with a keyboard and mouse attached? If so, this will be useful to fix it.
I suspect your new router uses a different IP range to your old router, so once you've given more info for the above Qs it should be straightforward to reconfigure correctly.
Hi! Very sorry I didnt provide the info, im new here so I will try to do so if I happen to post again here.
What was the IP address of your old router: 192.168.0.1
What is the IP address of your new router: 192.168.2.1
Was using ethernet before and want to use it now
I got debug log with ssh from command promt
Also thanks again for a reply

Hello, thanks for the debug log and the extra info.
Your old router used to be on 192.168.0.1 and your Pi-hole would have been on 192.168.0.x, where x was some number, since your opening post suggests that Pi-hole was working until you changed your router.
Your new router is on 192.168.2.1 and your debug shows that your Pi-hole is now on 192.168.2.19 on its ethernet port, your preferred connection port.
But your log also shows that Pi-hole can't reach the router or the Internet. This seems unusual with it being on the same new network and you being connected to it.
What is the status of everything now? I'm thinking that maybe some devices still had addresses from the old router and it was a bit of a mix. I'd suggest taking everything off the network for a moment, power cycling the router, let it come back up first and then bring up your devices one at a time.
How does it all look then? Can you still get onto the Pi-hole to do another debug log (your first one is about to expire)?
Broadly speaking the steps will be:
Make sure the router is working and things are connecting with 192.168.2.x addresses.
Make sure the Pi has an address on that network too and it's a static IP address. For example you might use 192.168.1.2. Either the router's DHCP can be configured to hand out a full range of addresses and reserve that one for the Pi, or the router can be configured to avoid the first, say, 20 addresses, and the Pi bags one of those for itself. A HDMI TV, keyboard and mouse might be needed here to get on the Pi.
Finally, a quick reconfigure of the Pi-hole so it's using the correct settings.
The router is working and I have internet access, also I can ping the device from my computer when im inside the network. The Pi does have a static ip assigned to it and I cant reconfigure the pi because its stuck on updating packages, but it doesnt have internet access.
I cant upload to tricorder from the pihole so I gave a pastebin
