Pihole admin not accessible

I think I would fall into the standard install but I am using a server running ubuntu 20.04 instead a raspberry pi.

Expected Behaviour:

I expect to be able to go to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/admin and be able to use the dashboard but I am unable to connect.

Actual Behaviour:

Try to access http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/admin and I get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. I have other web ui's on this machine and I am able to access all of them so it doesn't appear to be a network thing. Recently repaired it using pihole -r and I still cannot login.

Whatever you are using as actual IP address instead of xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT reveals that this IP address either does not exist or is not reachable from your client.
