Pi Won't work unless Permit all Origins is selected

Expected Behaviour:

Pi-Hole Should block any domain listed on my Ad lists on any device connected to it.

Actual Behaviour:

Pi-Hole prevents my PC (other devices connected to the Pi still have connection, but do not benefit from the Pi-Hole) from having connection to the internet unless the "Allow Only Local Requests" Interface Setting is not selected.

Normally, this would come up with Failed to Resolve, but I recently changed a setting that appeared to fix my problem, so it would work for a few hours before failing again.
