Pi-hole with transmission/wireguard

Hello, I wanted to install pi-hole on Debian, but also an wireguard client as well as transmission, will this be a problem for pi-hole?

You can run other software alongside Pi-hole as long as there are no port conflicts.

Thank you for your answer, if I install the vpn client on the same machine as pi-hole, will the pi-hole requests go through the VPN?

And I don't know if it might give me the DNS of the VPN on my other clients, I hope not
