Expected Behaviour:
Core version to show updated when you run pihole -v or check the admin portal after running pihole -up
Actual Behaviour:
get a bunch of errors when running pihole -up. ie Could not read,, refs/tags/v2.13.1 does not point to a valid object, pack has 14 unresolved deltas, index-pack failed. Pi-hole core says up to date but when running pihole -v or checking the interface it show 4.3 or update available.
