I've upgraded my Pi to v5 and it is no longer blocking any adverts.
It was working fine before the upgrade.
The PCs are using the Pi for DNS.
I've run an update on the lists and added the clients IP manually to the default group and still doesn't work.
Can anyone suggest a solution?

Please post the token generated by
pihole -d
or do it through the Web interface:
Tools > Generate Debug Log
Log attached. [Pi deblog log.txt|attachment]
