Hey, i'm using Pi-hole and Homebridge on the same Raspberry Pi 3+ without any issues since some time now. I used the official Raspberry Pi OS (https://www.raspberrypi.org/software/), installed Pi-hole as described here https://github.com/pi-hole/pi-hole/#one-step-automated-install and installed Homebridge like this https://github.com/homebridge/homebridge/wiki/Install-Homebridge-on-Raspbian afterwards. Had no issues with any installation and no performance problems running them both.
