Pi-hole appears to have stopped working as my DHCP/DNS server and was no longer reachable at it's given IP address. I had to reboot the Raspberry Pi in order to resume operations.

No changes have been made, installed Raspberry Pi OS yesterday along with Pi-hole and set-up using default configuration as a DHCP server and OpenDNS.
The debug log is normal. What was the exact mode of failure? When the failure occured, were you able to ssh into the Pi or was that failed as well?
I could not SSH to it or even ping it at the IP that I had assigned to the Pi. I realized there was a problem when none of my devices were getting out to the internet.
These are both OS level issues. Those are OS functions.
