Pi-hole preventing email images from loading

When reading my emails on various email clients I am unable to see the images.

Expected Behaviour:

When reading emails I should be able to see the images.

Actual Behaviour:

Images will not load on certain emails. This issue does not affect all my emails, only a select few (Fauna's newsletter is a good example of images not loading). If I turn off wifi on my iPhone then the images load. My wife has the same issues with images not loading when connected to the wifi.

I use Apple Mail on my laptop and Spark on my iPhone. My wife uses Apple Mail on her iPhone.
