The issue I am facing:
When I run Pi-Hole on VPS, I don't get the internet working on my devices until I checkmark "Respond only on interface eth0" instead of using "Allow only local requests". Is it okay? If not how do I fix it?

Ubuntu Focal 20.04
Intel Xeon CPU (10C/20T)
What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
Nothing, just changed the webpassword
