Pi-hole on Unifi Cloud Key v1

The issue I am facing:
I have installed Pi-hole on Cloud Key but cannot get FTL to start. I have tried repairing Pi-hole installation and various other things posted online. Though is very limited information about running Pi-hole on a cloud key and the guides are few years old.

When I installed Pi-hole, it said that the DNS server was not running. I cannot figure out how to enable this.

Debug token: https://tricorder.pi-hole.net/E6z4Ft4A/

Details about my system:
Running Pi-hole on a Unifi Cloud Key v1 running Debian Bullseye.

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
Nothing. It's a clean install.

When run below one, do you see any messages with: code=exited, status=218/CAPABILITIES ?

sudo journalctl --full --no-pager -b -u pihole-FTL.service

If so, you could try below workaround (not a proper fix):

The debug log shows:

*** [ DIAGNOSING ]: Pi-hole-FTL full status
