Is it possible to get Pi-Hole working on a vServer ?
I tried to install it but if I try to connect to the webinterface it only shows me the php-code...

It's possible to run Pi-Hole on a virtual machine (looking at Google that's what a vServer is), but just a webspace won't be possible as it requires a daemon running on the machine, the reason you just saw the php code is because PHP5 isn't installed/enabled on this 'vServer'
As @Nevexo already said, it seems that you have to enable PHP support on your web server. You should think about security, when you run pihole on a vServer in the internet.
