Pi-hole on 2 Raspberry Pi 4 - Sync database via NAS?

Hello guys,

I have two Raspberry Pi 4 (4 GB) running Pi-hole and set those up to be backing each other up (using keepalived), having only one IP for all my devices.
This setup works very well, but keeping them in sync is a little pain in the ass.

I am searching for a solution to have the config and database in sync for both, for example by using my Synology NAS as the location for them.

Has anyone got this running or how could I set up this?
Thank you for your help and this awesome tool!

Hello,

This looks exactly like what I was searching for. Will try it out. Thanks!

Let me know if you have any issues (file on GitHub) but hopefully it just works for you

Thank you for this great tool. I had to figure out the problem with tty in the sudoers file - but apart from that: it just works like a charm. THANKS!
