Expected Behaviour:
Pi-Hole should be blocking ads.
Actual Behaviour:
No ads are being blocked on any devices. I can't even access the pi.hole web interface. Also when checking ipconfig/all it shows my DNS servers as 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4.

As far as i am aware. The only way this can work with Google's stock HW is by using the DHCP server on the pi-hole instead of the one in the Google HW
The client is not being passed the DNS of Pi-Hole by the Google router. Your debug log shows that Pi-Hole is working properly and if it receives DNS requests it will filter them.
