Pi-hole not updating queries and not blocking adds using Eero

The issue I am facing:
Pi-hole doesn't update the search queries and doesn't block adds.

Details about my system:
old dell laptop running ubuntu server, I've got a cat6 cable wired to the router(I think) not the Eero.
ive included a pic showing the physical wiring.

this is the debug token

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
can't connect to the internet

Thank y'all so much for making this service free and available! I know it'll work great I just need to set it up correctly :v:

Also I am not sure if the tricorder link I provided is working, because when I click on it I get an empty page so :man_shrugging:

The link is working, but only Pi-hole developers have access to debug logs.

Ohhhhh makes sense. I guess that shows how much of a noob I am :upside_down_face:

This would suggest that you haven't configured your router and/or individual clients to use Pi-hole for DNS.

Your debug log would support this, at it shows that your router is still distributing itself as local DNS server:

*** [ DIAGNOSING ]: Discovering active DHCP servers (takes 10 seconds)
Scanning all your interfaces for DHCP servers

   * Received 300 bytes from enp1s0:192.168.4.1
     Offered IP address: 192.168.4.157
     DHCP options:
      Message type: DHCPOFFER (2)
      router: 192.168.4.1
      dns-server: 192.168.4.1

Have a read of Pi-hole's Post-Install suggestions to make your network take advantage of Pi-hole.
