I'd be really worried if DHCP was making it across the Internet, what's actually happening is Wireshark is seeing vortex. being resolved to 0.0.0.0 and then matching that with the DHCP broadcast.
Any way to stop that happening?
What does dig -x 0.0.0.0 show as the PTR record?
